By creating an account or using the Emotionly AI application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the app.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
  • Refunds are subject to the respective app store's refund policy

6.Wellness Insights Disclaimer

The emotional wellness insights provided by Emotionly AI are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and self-awareness purposes only. These insights:

  • Do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
  • Are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment
  • Should not be used to diagnose or treat any health condition
  • May not be fully accurate in all circumstances

7.User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the app, including journal entries and mood data. By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the app's services.

8.Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the app but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice.

9.Limitation of Liability
